Lost Item

• Another player stole my item.
• Someone picked up my item from the ground.
• I died unfairly ...
  • I died because of lag.
  • I died through normal gameplay.
  • I died and returned to my items, but they were gone.
  • I was disconnected and when I next logged on, I was dead and some items were missing.
  • I logged out in a dungeon and when I next logged on, I was dead and some items were missing.
• I logged on and found some of my items and gold missing and I was not dead.
• My item was on the ground and disappeared.
• My weapon/armor that I was wearing mysteriously vanished.
• I had just killed a monster and gotten a cool item. The game service disconnected, and when I returned to the game, I no longer had the item.
  • The game server backs up information every few minutes. However during a game server reset some information may be reset back a few minutes. At this time, some items may be lost and unfortunately cannot be restored. Some tips can increase your item safety.
